Destínase la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000.00) para la adquisición de terreno, en una capacidad no inferior a diez fanegadas, y para la construcción en él de los locales destinados a la Escuela Vocacional de que trata el artículo anterior. La inversión respectiva se hará por conducto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y estará sujeta a los planos reguladores de que para tales casos dispone dicho Ministerio.
