Cuando el delito se comete en lugar distinto del en que reside el Juez o funcionario de instrucci6n y mientras, este avoca el conocimiento, puede iniciar las primeras diligencias informativas el Oficial que designe el respectivo Comandante del cuerpo, unidad operativa o destacamento, Fuerza Aérea y Armada Nacional.
