Article 11

Verificada La Notificación A Que Se Refiere Al Artículo Anterior, El Visitador Remitirá El Expediente, Junto Con Todas Las Cosas Que Hayan Sido Aprehendidas Y Que Estén Destinadas A La Comprobación Del Delito, Al Juez Del Circuito Correspondiente, O En Defecto De Éste A Otro Funcionario De Instrucción, Y Si No Lo Hubiere, Al Alcalde Del Lugar, Quien Proseguirá La Actuación Sumarial Hasta Finalizarla

Verificada la notificación a que se refiere al artículo anterior, el visitador remitirá el expediente, junto con todas las cosas que hayan sido aprehendidas y que estén destinadas a la comprobación del delito, al Juez del Circuito correspondiente, o en defecto de éste a otro funcionario de instrucción, y si no lo hubiere, al Alcalde del lugar, quien proseguirá la actuación sumarial hasta finalizarla.

Parágrafo

El Visitador compulsará por lo menos una copia de las actuaciones judiciales que enviará a la Contraloría para la formación del archivo correspondiente.
