Art. 3.° Los empleados de que tratan los dos artículos anteriores tendrán ademas de sus sueldos fijos, los eventuales que les correspondan en proporción de los mismos sueldos fijos, del cinco por ciento del producto bruto de la Aduana, de acuerdo con los artículos 11, 12 i 13 del Código de Aduanas.
