º Los escuadrones, grupos y brigadas de la: Fuerza Aérea deben estar comandados siempre por Oficiales aviadores. Entiéndese por tales los Oficiales, que además de haber cursado los estudios militares necesarios, hayan adquirido conocimientos teóricos y prácticos de vuelo, hayan sido licenciados para pilotear aeronaves de-guerra por autoridad; competente y mantengan su entrenamiento y capacidad para conducir su unidad al combate.
