ARTICULO 3 º. De la asignación básica mensual que devengará el Vicecontralor Grado 21, el cincuenta por ciento (50%) corresponde a gastos de representación. Tendrá derecho además, a percibir una prima de alta gestión equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) y una prima técnica equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignación básica mensual.
