Artículo primero. Modificase el Decreto número 0342, de febrero de 1947 en el sentido de que las partidas apropiadas por dicho Decreto para la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de San Martín Intendencia Nacional del Meta se destinan para el sostenimiento de la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de Guacavia, Corregimiento de Cumaral, en la misma Intendencia del Meta.

Parágrafo

Se entiende que los "Fondos Reservados" de la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de San Martín corresponden a las Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de Guacavia Corregimiento de Cumaral.
