° La posesión de los Magistrados con los cuales se aumenta el número de plazas en los tribunales existentes, deberá realizarse con posterioridad al 30 de junio de 1965. Igualmente, sólo desde esa fecha podrán hacerse en esos Tribunales nombramientos para nuevos cargos de personal subalterno.
