º . El inciso 2º del artículo 6º del Decreto 529 de 1996, quedará así: Para efectos del

Parágrafo 4

del artículo 2º de la Ley 218 de 1995, se entiende por compañía exportadora, la empresa dedicada a la producción y exportación y aquella que se dedique exclusivamente a la exportación, siempre que por lo menos el ochenta por ciento (80%) de los productos exportados por dichas empresas sean producidos en la zona afectada.
