Oponibilidad. Quien tenga inscritos derechos reales que afecten el dominio sobre el predio podrá oponerse al saneamiento automático hasta antes de que se emita decisión de fondo, la cual deberá ser resuelta mediante acto administrativo motivado que se notificará a los interesados de conformidad con lo consagrado en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso (CPACA).
