Créase la Comisión para el Desarrollo de la Reforma Judicial, encargada de elaborar los planes y programas destinados a dar cumplimiento a la reforma judicial contenida en los decretos expedidos por el Gobierno con fundamento en las facultades extraordinarias otorgadas por la Ley 30 de 1987, y vigilar posteriormente su ejecución.
