Facultad para comprobar operaciones entre vinculados. La Superintendencia de Sociedades, al igual que las demás autoridades de supervisión, frente a sus supervisados, tiene la competencia para comprobar la realidad de las operaciones celebradas entre una sociedad y sus vinculados y, en aquellos casos en que se verifique la irrealidad de las operaciones o su celebración en condiciones diferentes a las del mercado, en perjuicio del Estado, asociados o terceros, puede imponer sanciones y ordenar la suspensión de las operaciones.
