La persona privada seleccionada deberá mantener en un sitio público del establecimiento donde funciona, información sobre las funciones que desempeña, los documentos que deben aportar los usuarios cuando requieran de los servicios a su cargo, el término de que dispone para atenderlos y demás información que sea necesaria para la prestación del servicio.
