°. Autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria . La Superintendencia Bancaria sólo autorizará la cesión a que se refiere el presente Decreto cuando se le acredite que las sociedades cedente y cesionarias cumplirán las normas de solvencia vigentes una vez se produzca la cesión.
