Vencido el término señalado en el artículo anterior sin que las autoridades ambientales competentes hayan declarado y delimitado de manera definitiva las zonas excluidas de la minería, la autoridad minera realizará las respectivas desanotaciones en el Catastro Minero Colombiano.
