Art. 156. El Administrador de correos dará un recibo minucioso y especificado de los pliegos que le entreguen, expresando en él que se cercioró de su contenido. En seguida anotará en el sobre el día en que lo recibió, y esa anotación la firmarán él y el que entregue cada pliego.
