Decisión del Senado. Adoptada la decisión del Senado por la mayoría de votos que establece el artículo 175, numeral 4 de la Constitución Política (dos tercios de los votos de los presentes), se continuará la sesión pública para dar a conocer la decisión, y se pasará la actuación a la Comisión que lo instruyó para que redacte el proyecto de sentencia, de conformidad con las respuestas dadas a los cuestionarios, en un término improrrogable de quince (15) días.
