Las sesiones de la Junta Directiva se harán constar en un libro de actas, las cuales se numerarán cronológicamente y una vez aprobadas serán autorizadas con las firmas del Presidente y Secretario. La recepción, tramitación, custodia y organización de los documentos y actos relacionados con el funcionamiento de la Junta Directiva, serán de la exclusiva responsabilidad del secretario de la misma.
