ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.15 .- DE LOS AFILIADOS INDEPENDIENTES. Toda persona natural que, sin estar subordinada a un empleador, realice personal y directamente una actividad económica o quien siendo empleador, labore en su propia empresa, podrá afiliarse al sistema regulado por el presente título. La primera cotización efectuada por las personas mencionadas a una administradora produce su afiliación al sistema.

Parágrafo

- El monto total de las cotizaciones voluntarias que efectúe un afiliado independiente no podrá ser superior, en ningún tiempo, a la cuantía que establezca como exenta la legislación tributaria, o una doceava parte de los ingresos obtenidos en el año inmediatamente anterior, si ésta fuere mayor.
