Orden de devolución por nulidad de los actos administrativos de la UGPP. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 311 de la Ley 1819 de 2016 la ADRES realizará la devolución de los aportes establecidos en el acto administrativo de la UGPP, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la notificación del acto administrativo por parte de la UGPP a la ADRES.

Parágrafo

La UGPP deberá comunicar a la ADRES la notificación de la admisión de la demanda contra las liquidaciones oficiales que determinen el pago de aportes en salud de devolución de aportes para el registro de las correspondientes provisiones.
