Art. 263. Autorízase al Gobierno para llenar los vacíos y suplir las deficiencias que puedan ocurrir en la legislación fiscal de la República, respecto del sistema de centralización de las cuentas que establece esta Ley, y para suprimir, si lo estimare conveniente, en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro la cuenta general del Presupuesto y el Tesoro.
