Destinación de los recursos del SOAT para prevención vial. De conformidad con lo establecido en el inciso 2° del artículo 7° de la Ley 1702 de 2013, las entidades aseguradoras girarán el tres por ciento (3%) de las primas que anualmente se recauden al Fondo Nacional de Seguridad Vial, en los términos y condiciones que para el efecto establezca el Gobierno nacional.
