Artículo transitorio 1 º Las personas que estando domiciliadas en el Departamento Archipiélago, no cumplan los tres años de que tratan los literales c) y d) del articulo 2o. de este Decreto, tendrán la calidad de residente temporal y estarán sujetos a las disposiciones que para tal situación determina el presente Decreto.
