Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de publicación y deroga el Decreto 3523 de 2009, el Decreto 1687 de 2010 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias, con excepción del artículo 4° numeral 15 incisos 1° y numeral 16, artículo 11 numeral 6 y artículos 44 a 54 del Decreto 2153 de 1992; el artículo 1°, numerales 26, 27, 28, y 29 del Decreto 3523 de 2009, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 1687 de 2010.
