o. Para la preparación y ejecución de la defensa nacional el Presidente de la República contará con los siguientes funcionarios y organismos

En el Gobierno: El Ministro de Defensa Nacional El Consejo Superior de la Defensa Nacional

En el escalón bélico: El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares con: El Ejército La Armada La Fuerza Aérea La Policía Nacional y Los demás organismos que determine el Presidente de la República. CAPITULO II. DEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA.
