Aprobación de la garantía de cumplimiento. Antes del inicio de la ejecución del contrato, la entidad contratante aprobará la garantía, siempre y cuando reúna las condiciones legales y reglamentarias propias de cada instrumento y ampare los riesgos establecidos para cada caso.
