Permanencia en hospitalización. La permanencia de los enfermos hospitalizados dependerá de su estado de salud, del dictamen médico y de las normas de régimen interno de la institución. Cuando un enfermo recibiere la orden de deshospitalización y no la cumpliere, quedarán a su cargo los gastos que de ahí en adelante se causaren.
