Asamblea de inversionistas. La asamblea la constituyen los respectivos inversionistas, reunidos con el quórum y en las condiciones establecidas en el presente decreto. En lo no previsto en el mismo, se aplicarán las normas del Código de Comercio previstas para la asamblea de accionistas de la sociedad anónima, cuando no sean contrarias a su naturaleza.
