ARTICULO 1.1.1.1.7 . CLASES. Para los efectos del presente estatuto son sociedades de servicios financieros las fiduciarias, las sociedades de arrendamiento financiero o leasing, las de compra de cartera o factoring, los almacenes generales de depósito y las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones y de cesantía, las cuales tienen por función la realización de las operaciones previstas en el régimen legal que regula su actividad.

Parágrafo

Las sociedades de servicios financieros tienen, con arreglo a lo previsto en el Libro Segundo del presente Estatuto, el carácter de instituciones financieras.
