Crease el cargo de Secretario General de la Procuraduría general de la Nación, con una asignación mensual de dos mil pesos ($2.000.00).

Son funciones de dicho Secretario General: coordinar las distintas dependencias de la Procuraduría y del Ministerio Publico, verificar el reparto de los negocios, vigilar el personal, y las demás que le asigne el Procurador General.
