Artículo primero. Los precios del algodón con semilla en la cosecha 1948/1949, del tipo "L" serán los fijados en el Decreto número 2089 de 1948, y las plazas de mercado serán únicamente Barranquilla y Sitionuevo, en donde la Cooperativa tiene sus desmotadoras. El precio de la semilla de algodón sin "linter" o desnude producida en la costa Atlántica, será de $ 150 la tonedada, y el de la semilla de algodón con "linter" o cubierta, será de $ 130 la tonelada.
