ARTICULO 9 º Por la actividad marítima a la cual se dedique el buque, se clasifica en

Tripulantes de naves de transporte marítimo.

Tripulantes de naves de transporte marítimo especializado. (Buques, tanques y similares).

Tripulantes de naves de pesca comercial.

Tripulantes de naves de recreo.
