º. Será Presidente del Colegio Profesional de Geógrafos el Delegado Principal del Ministro de Educación Nacional o su Suplente. El Colegio elegirá un secretario-tesorero, cargo que podrá ser ejercido por un Geógrafo Profesional diferente de los miembros Principales de la entidad. Este funcionario tendrá derecho a voz pero no a voto en las deliberaciones del Colegio.
