Art. 44. Todas las escuelas estarán bien surtidas del mobiliario que sea necesario para su servicio; y de los libros, textos de enseñanza, pizarras, tableros, cuadros, mapas y demás objetos indispensables para facilitar la instrucción. Es entendido que el auxilio que el Gobierno da en útiles para la enseñanza primaria no exime a las Asambleas de votar las sumas que sean necesarias para el mismo fin.
