Artículo tercero. La suscripción y pago de acciones del capital del Banco Cafetero, se hará teniendo en cuenta el capital autorizado del Banco y la respectiva emisión de acciones que decretare la Junta Directiva de la Institución, de conformidad con los estatutos y previa la aprobación de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
