LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.8.7. Legalidad. Los sujetos de sanción solo serán investigados y sancionados administrativamente por comportamientos que estén previamente descritos como infracción a las normas de transporte vigentes al momento de su realización y con la observancia de la plenitud de las formas propias de esta clase de procedimientos.
