Transporte . De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 210 del Decreto 2241 de 1986, las empresas de transporte que tengan rutas y frecuencias u horarios autorizados en las áreas urbanas, veredales e intermunicipales, están obligadas a prestar servicio público de transporte con mínimo del 70% de su parque automotor los días 25 y 26 de octubre de 2003 durante las horas de votación. Solo podrán cobrar las tarifas fijadas por la autoridad competente.
