A partir del 1º de enero de 1995, los citadores que presten sus servicios en los Juzgados Penales, Civiles, Laborales y los Asistentes Sociales de los Juzgados de Menores, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978, así: Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, dieciséis mil trescientos treinta y dos pesos ($16.332.00) moneda corriente , mensuales. Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, diez mil doscientos noventa y cuatro pesos ($10.294.00) moneda corriente, mensuales. Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, seis mil quinientos treinta y ocho pesos ($6.538.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.
