La planta adicional creada en este decreto es de carácter transitorio y se establece en función de la necesidad efectiva del servicio, que irá disminuyendo progresivamente en un término máximo de tres (3) años. En tal virtud el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social evaluará periódicamente el desarrollo de la misión del grupo interno de trabajo para decidir la supresión paulatina de los empleos que sean innecesarios.
