° El numeral 5° del artículo 6° del Decreto número 1376 de 1986, quedará así: “5. Cuando el precio mensual del arrendamiento de todo el inmueble fuere inferior o hasta el equivalente a seis (6) salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes a la fecha de celebración del contrato”.
La base del salario mínimo legal utilizado deberá constar en el correspondiente contrato de arrendamiento.
