Vigencia. El régimen de pensiones especiales para las actividades de alto riesgo previstas en el Decreto número 2090 de 2003 estará vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre del año 2024.

Parágrafo

Si con posterioridad al 17 de diciembre de 2019 el Consejo Nacional de Riesgos Laborales presenta un estudio que evidencie nuevos elementos técnicos que requieran la revisión del término otorgado por el presente capítulo, el Gobierno nacional procederá a revisar dicho plazo. (Decreto 2655 de 2014, artículo 1°)
