El auxilio de diez mil pesos ($10.000) destinado por la ley 46 del presente año, para el VI congreso nacional del trabajo, será situado en la administración de hacienda nacional de Bucaramanga para verificar los pagos que disponga la junta de Fiscalización y Control creada por el artículo 2º. de la misma ley.
