En caso de no cumplirse lo prescrito en el artículo anterior se incluirán indefinidamente en los Presupuestos de cada vigencia en lo sucesívo, cantidades no inferiores a diez mil pesos ($ 10,00) hasta completar el monto total de la suma con que la Nación contribuye a la celebraci6n del cuarto centenario de la ciudad de Anserma, y en este caso la junta de que habla el artículo 3°. Continuará indefinidamente en sus labores, pudiéndose renovar si las necesidades o circunstancias del Municipio así lo requieren.
