Toda infracción al artículo 18 de la Ley, será sancionada de conformidad con el artículo 42, sin que por esto quede eximida la persona o entidad responsable de restablecer en el puesto que ocupa antes de ingresar al cuartel, a sus empleados u obreros llamados para prestar el servicio militar obligatorio, o a los reservistas convocados para ejercicios o maniobras.
