Obligatoriedad del reporte de carga. Cuando una embarcación recibe a bordo cualquier cargamento, deberá reportarlo a la Inspección fluvial respectiva.
En caso de que en el lugar de embarque no exista autoridad fluvial, el Capitán, o quien haga sus veces, deberá presentar la documentación correspondiente en el próximo puerto de recorrido de la embarcación, en el cual exista Inspección fluvial.
