Será elaborado en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca, con las siguientes dimensiones: Treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho, con el dibujo del anverso de la medalla al lado izquierdo superior y el reverso aliado derecho superior, y de fondo la imagen del logo institucional de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana. El contenido en letras corresponderá al siguiente diseño:
