Art. 8.° Cuando los contratos de que se habla en el ordinal 1.° del artículo l.° fueren de tal naturaleza que en el respectivo título escrito no apareciere su valor en dinero, los contratantes señalarán ese valor en el mismo título, para el sólo efecto de fijar la cuantía del derecho de registro. Esta estimación se hará constar en la boleta que expida el respectivo recaudador. Cuando los interesados no hagan tal estimación, el derecho que debe cobrarse será de cien pesos.
