Período del nuevo miembro de Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1º de la Ley 335 de 1996, el miembro de Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión elegido de conformidad con el procedimiento establecido en el presente decreto, lo será por un período de dos (2) años, reelegible hasta por el mismo período.

Decreto 2211 de 2002 · por el cual se reglamenta el procedimiento de elección para suplir la vacancia definitiva del miembro de Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión de que trata el literal c) del artículo 6° de la Ley 182 de 1995, modificado por el artículo 1° de la Ley 335 de 1996.
