°. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SOLICITUD DE REGISTRO SANITARIO DE ANTIVENENOS NUEVOS. Las solicitudes de registros sanitarios de antivenenos nuevos se evaluarán ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima), cumpliendo con los requisitos señalados en el presente decreto y siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 128 del Decreto-ley número 019 de 2012 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya, y en las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo (CPACA).
