La República de Colombia honra y exalta la memoria del doctor Esteban Bendeck Olivella, distinguido jurista, Profesor Emérito y forjador de juventudes, quien en su vida sirvió al país desde los diferentes cargos que ocupó como el de representante a la Cámara por el Departamento de la Guajira, Conjuez de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y Catedrático Universitario a través de muchos años.
